Miller’s Way is delighted to announce our collaboration with Functional Yoga & Movement coach, Taisie Grant to bring you an exciting new workshop in core strength and stability.
This 'connect to your core' workshop will help you build strength, mobility and adaptability in your body. Taisie teaches the LYT Yoga® Method; grounded in principles of physical therapy, functional movement and neuro-developmental training to coach you through smarter, safer & more conscious movement patterns with a strong focus on postural alignment and core integration.
Taisie's approach is focused on injury prevention and aiding longevity to have you moving well for life. She tailors her teaching to you and your needs whether that’s starting right back with the basics or building on an existing practice. She will help you work towards a more optimal way of moving, enabling you to move the way your body is designed to move. Because when we move better, we feel better; and when we feel better, we live better.
And what better way to follow up a deep practice than with a warming and nourishing brunch. Our incredibly knowledgeable chef Min will share her insights and wisdom on seasonal eating and Chinese herbal wisdom as well as providing a nutritionally dense meal for all participants.
