As well as providing great classes, we want you to earn and own your learning, so we aim to provide you with a MAP and a Compass.
The map is the “5 aspects”, the whole or holistic picture of the given needs of humans, or the questions that life asks of us, and we ask of life. This sets out the context so that you get a sense of where you are going with your training, as well as what you might be missing out on.
The compass is then about building your internal awareness, training your nervous system to give you better, more precise information about what is happening internally, without disrupting your actual progress through life. This “performance’ aspect is as relevant to our everyday activities as it is to top level athletes.
