Meditation and Breath work is one of the principal tools ancient cultures used to calm the mind, increase focus and release tension throughout the body often leading to better sleep, digestion and overall health. Many people believe they cannot focus or relax their mind with meditation, often because the preliminary steps have not been taught or practiced enough. This class addresses those issues by taking participants through the foundational steps of meditation based on the traditions of Nei Gong (an ancient Chinese method of body and mind health). It is appropriate for those new to meditation or those that want to re-address their interest in this ancient art. Oleg will provide participants with the tools that allow them to exit "fight or flight" state and make room for additional space for a calmer and more enjoyable life. Lessons are comprised of gentle stretching followed by sitting practice and breathing exercises that take you on the journey leading to clearer mind and stronger body. A mix of theory and practice will support your understanding and teach you practical steps towards more efficient functioning of the body and mind. To cancel or reschedule treatments or classes, please give us at least 48hrs notice or you will be charged the full cost of your class or treatment - if we manage to fill your slot you will not be charged. General Cancellation Policy for Courses You can cancel your course up to 14 days before the course and receive a full refund minus 1 10% transaction charge. You will not receive a refund If you cancel less than 14 days before the course - however, you will have the option to send a replacement as long as you inform us beforehand.
