Vinyasa Yoga

Zephyr

Zephyr Wildman has been teaching yoga in London since 2002 and is a Senior Yoga Teacher, educator, and retreat leader. One of the first graduates of Yoga Campus’s Teacher Training Diploma, she has since become a respected voice in shaping yoga education. Zephyr teaches at Mission, Triyoga, and treatment centres supporting addiction and mental health, while also leading global retreats and trainings. Her classes blend dynamic sequencing, creative movement, and yogic philosophy with a deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. With a background in massage therapy, and as a doula, Zephyr offers a truly holistic approach to body and spirit.

Pregnancy Yoga

Lulu

Lulu is a Yogabirth teacher, Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, Hypno-birther, and Maternity Reflexologist, as well as a mother of two girls and a miniature Dachshund. She has worked around birth since the 1990s, training with seminal teachers Lolly Stirk and Yvonne Moore, and later studying extensively with John Stirk. Since 2001 she has attended over 150 births as a doula, bringing grounded experience into her pregnancy yoga teaching. Her classes, inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, combine safe, powerful movement with breathwork to guide awareness inward. Lulu is passionate about empowering women through yoga to feel strong, joyful, and supported in pregnancy and motherhood.

Mindful Barre

Annelisse

Annelisse is a London-based movement guide with a rich multicultural background, having grown up across three countries. For her, movement is a universal language, a way to connect, create, and ground presence. With over eight years of experience in barre, dance, and holistic strength, her classes weave mindfulness and intuitive flow into sequences that are both revitalising and restorative. Her teaching is less about pushing the body to perform and more about meeting it with curiosity, softness, and resilience. Expect sessions that are fluid yet precise, nurturing both body and mind while honouring natural rhythm and energy. Beyond the studio, Annelisse is part of a London-based jewellery collective of 20 years and volunteers as a Tate Modern tour guide. This fusion of art and movement infuses her work with tactile awareness, rhythm, and a uniquely cross-disciplinary energy.

Breathwork & Sound

Nadia

Sacred Breath and Sound is a healing journey that weaves conscious connected breathwork with immersive sound healing. Using vibrational instruments such as singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and chimes, this class supports emotional release, regulates the nervous system, and restores energetic balance. Through breath and sound, participants are gently guided into deeper states of awareness, presence, and relaxation. Each session offers a safe, nurturing space to unwind, let go, and reconnect within. No previous experience is needed—this class is open to all levels and welcomes anyone seeking inner stillness, emotional clarity, or a deeper connection to self.

Qigong

Steve

Steve discovered the power of acupuncture after suffering severe back pain, when conventional medicine had no answers. This turning point inspired him to leave a career in engineering consultancy and retrain as an acupuncturist. He graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Westminster and completed postgraduate training in Taiwan at a leading Chinese Medical Hospital. For over eight years, he has studied classical techniques with Andrew Nugent-Head, rooted in Imperial Court traditions. A dedicated Qi Gong practitioner for 15 years, Steve integrates this meditative movement practice into his work, enhancing sensitivity and helping clients restore balance, recover, and thrive.
