Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses rhythmic circular breathing to release tension and energise the body. Guided by sound, the practice increases oxygen flow, reduces stress, and can shift emotional blockages. Expect an uplifting session that leaves you clear-headed, deeply relaxed, and recharged.
Breathwork and Sound
Sacred Breath and Sound is a healing journey that weaves conscious connected breathwork with immersive sound healing. Using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and chimes, the practice supports emotional release, regulates the nervous system, and restores a sense of calm. Each session offers a safe, nurturing space to unwind, let go, and reconnect. Open to all levels, no previous experience required.
Calisthenics
Calisthenics builds strength, control, and mobility using bodyweight training. Movements include push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and core work, with progressions for all levels. The practice develops functional strength that carries into everyday life while improving balance and coordination. Expect a challenging but adaptable session that builds real, practical fitness.
Flow & Restore
Flow & Restore blends two complementary practices of Yoga. First, you’ll move through a slow, breath-led sequence to release tension, mobilise joints, and improve circulation. Then the practice shifts into Restorative and Yin yoga, using props to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. This balance of movement and stillness helps you leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
Functional Movement
A dynamic class blending functional strength, weight lifting, and floor-based mobility. Expect intelligent movement, posture work, stability training, and coordinated exercises that support everyday life. Designed for those wanting to move with ease, build balanced strength, prevent injury, and feel confident in their body. Suitable for all levels with guided progressions.
Hatha
Hatha yoga focuses on steady, deliberate postures and conscious breathing. You’ll hold shapes long enough to refine alignment, build stability, and strengthen awareness of body mechanics. Alongside the physical practice, Hatha also invites a deeper connection to breath and presence, supporting clarity of mind and a sense of inner balance. This blend of physical discipline and spiritual grounding makes Hatha a powerful foundation for all other forms of yoga.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a bodyweight-based practice that builds strength, stability, and mobility from the inside out. Rooted in the six core principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, control, centering, precision, and flow. Each class emphasizes mindful, purposeful movement. Exercises target deep core muscles, improve posture, and support healthy alignment in the spine, hips, and shoulders. The result is a practice that develops strength and balance while helping you move more efficiently and with greater ease in everyday life.
Mindful Barre
Mindful Barre blends the strength and posture-focused training of traditional barre with the awareness and precision of mind-body practices. While barre alone often emphasizes physical conditioning, Mindful Barre slows the pace to integrate breath, alignment, and intentional movement. The result is a class that not only sculpts and strengthens but also enhances body awareness, balance, and focus. Expect low-impact sequences that challenge endurance while leaving you centered, aligned, and uplifted.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is designed specifically for the changing body during pregnancy. Unlike general yoga classes, it avoids postures that place strain on the joints or abdomen and instead focuses on safe, supportive movements that relieve common discomforts such as back pain, swollen legs, and tight hips. Gentle strengthening and stretching help maintain mobility, while breathwork and relaxation techniques prepare the body and mind for birth. Open to all stages of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is needed.
Primal Movement
Primal Movement trains the body through natural patterns such as crawling, hanging, squatting, jumping, and balancing. The class blends strength training with playful tasks and improvisation, building agility, coordination, and real-world strength. Expect dynamic sessions that challenge you physically while keeping movement fun and adaptable.
Qigong
Qigong is a Chinese practice of flowing movement and breath control that improves circulation, balance, and nervous system regulation. Slow, repetitive sequences build joint mobility and postural strength while calming the mind. Accessible and gentle, Qi Gong supports both physical vitality and mental clarity.
Sound Bath
Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where you rest while instruments such as gongs, bowls, and chimes create resonant sound waves. The vibrations calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and guide you into a state of deep rest. No movement is required, simply lie down, listen, and let sound do the work.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is a continuous, breath-led practice that moves fluidly from one posture to the next. The flowing sequences build strength, mobility, and stamina while sharpening focus and coordination. Each class offers variety through creative transitions and shifting rhythms, making the practice both energising and adaptable. You leave feeling physically challenged, balanced, and mentally refreshed.
Yin & Mindfulness
Yin & Mindfulness combines supported postures held for several minutes with guided meditation. The physical stillness targets connective tissues and joints, while mindfulness builds awareness and emotional calm. The result is a practice that eases stress, improves flexibility, and offers space to pause and reset.
Yin Yoga + Myofascial Release
This class combines long-held Yin postures with simple techniques to release fascia. Yin stretches the deeper tissues around joints and spine, while myofascial release softens tightness using props or gentle pressure. Together they reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and calm the nervous system. Expect a quiet yet powerful practice that restores both body and mind.
