Yin Yoga - coming Sept

A practice that facilitates us in becoming still and very aware of our inner environment.

The relative stillness, and awareness of our Subtle Body; our emotions, thoughts etc, over purely physical sensation allows us to drop into our subconscious realm. The length of time we hold the poses for (4-6 minute or longer) and our intention to target our deeper tissues; our fascia and connective tissue, influences the flow of Chi in our meridians and allows us to 'feel' into our Subtle body. A deep practice that works simultaneously on physical, mental and emotional levels. Our response to gentle tension is often far more profound than more physically intense practices.

Pilates - coming Sept

Core strength, stability and flexibility.

Heightened body and posture awareness. Classes that challenge but feel appropriate to your level of capability.
