Description

Come in for a Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage (please inform the practitioner on the day what you would like). Massage deep work lengthens muscles and connective tissue (fascia) that have become shortened, tightened and restricted from overuse either through physical training or general day-to-day stress. Deeper does NOT have to mean painful, the work is carried out at a slow pace, allowing the tissues to soften and melt whilst being worked on. Swedish Massage uses slower more flowing strokes if you want a deeply relaxing therapy. Both massages increase the blood flow to affected areas bringing in nutrients and promoting healing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule treatments or classes, please give us at least 48hrs notice or you will be charged the full cost of your class or treatment - if we manage to fill your slot you will not be charged. General Cancellation Policy for Courses You can cancel your course up to 14 days before the course and receive a full refund minus 1 10% transaction charge. You will not receive a refund If you cancel less than 14 days before the course - however, you will have the option to send a replacement as long as you inform us beforehand.
